For Domestic production

1. The documents confirming the status of the legal body of the applicant (Licence, the certificate of regulation with the licenced GNI (Inspection of Government Customs), in inevitable cases - the Charter);

2. Standard and (or) technical specifications on product (specifications, chemical structure of production, other);

3. The passport with technical characteristics (the instruction or using guide);

4. Technical norms, technological characteristics (or other registered documents);

5. Control of SES report of the product;

6. The contract of the renting of industrial areas or the document confirming the property right;

7. Other documents confirming the safety of production (production certificate, hygienic proof on norms about raw materials and materials);

8. Test reports of the product (in its presence).

For Import production

1. The documents confirming the status of the legal body of the applicant Licence, the certificate of regulation with the licenced GNI (Inspection of Government Customs);

2. The Certificate of Safety of the local-manufacturer (for various chemistry);

3. The descriptions of conditions of use of production, other technical documents that informs the standarts and structure;

4. The contract for delivery of the production;

5. Samples or models for food products, perfumery and cosmetics, hygiene of an oral health, chemical goods for household;

6. The Origin Certificate;

7. Test results of the product.
